From overseeing borehole installations when working on a farm in Sussex, repairing broken irrigation systems for horse riding arenas in America, installing groundwater systems for gold mines in Africa, selling pumps in Berkshire, installing soakaways and sewage systems across the home counties, through to designing and patenting valves, our MD Steve Price has had experience in water engineering in all its guises for 25 years.
Our wealth of expertise grew in 2022 when our Sales Director Carlton Tarrant joined Wessex Pumps and Pipework, bringing with him over 48 years of industry experience within the water and sewage engineering fields. This has allowed us to grow our customer base of returning customers, including many country estates requiring ongoing large-scale works.
Combining Stephen and Carlton’s specialist knowledge allows us to be able to supply all types of solutions to our clients. Wessex Pumps and Pipework offers customers the tailored, creative solutions and high level of customer service, that is only really found in small companies. We are proud to be in the framework of approved suppliers of products and services to major utilities, mining companies, consultancy firms, aviation businesses, research institutions, and to many private properties, to name a few.
We demonstrate our dedication to customer service by being awarded ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, CHAS, and Achilles accreditations. Our accreditations are very important to the identity of the business and in the years to come we will strive to ensure constant improvement.
Giving back to the community is another subject that is important to Wessex Pumps and Pipework. Due to Steve’s love of animals and experience in the Equine industry, we decided Brooke would be a fitting charity to support.
