Wellmaster

Wellmaster is the Industry Standard Flexible Rising Main designed for use with electric submersible pumps for all types of ground water borehole extraction and well monitoring operations. Over the past 35 years the Wellmaster system has proven its performance in more than 100,000 installations worldwide.

Wellmaster offers major cost savings and performance advantages over conventional rigid polyethylene, PVC, glass fibre and galvanised pipe.

The success of a Wellmaster installation is based on correctly choosing the right product and fully understanding the required performance and local conditions. Well depth, casing diameter, required flow, pump size and cabling weights are just some of the factors that need to be taken into consideration when designing a submersible pump installation.

Wellmaster hose is manufactured from high tenacity synthetic yarns, circular woven and totally encapsulated in a tough elastomeric polyurethane lining and cover. The riser has an integral textile reinforced rib for location of the power cable strapping system.

Wellmaster lay flat hose is available as WM150 – WM250 – WM400 in a wide range of diameters (32mm – 208mm) to cover all possible pressure needs and performance ranges.
